When building videos in Biteable, we use different resources in your browser. Sometimes these resources need to be cleared out to optimize performance. Doing a Hard Reload + Clear Cache is a helpful step you can perform if you experience performance issues.

Worry not, we have an easy guide for you to fix it! Follow these steps on your Google Chrome:
Go to Settings.
Click the Advanced option on the left panel on the Settings page then click System:

If your image is from our library, please try to delete the scene and add it in again to the background.
If you uploaded the image, delete the upload and upload again.

Restoring deleted projects is not a core feature of Biteable. Deleting projects in Biteable is not required and we use a double confirmation process to make sure you want to delete the project.
I tried using the Restore button, but the project doesn't look right.
