Restoring Deleted Video Projects

I accidentally deleted a project. Can you help me restore it?

Restoring deleted projects is not a core feature of Biteable. Deleting projects in Biteable is not required and we use a double confirmation process to make sure you want to delete the project.

I tried using the Restore button, but the project doesn't look right.

We do have a restore button that can sometimes be successful, but for GDPR and data removal reasons, we do not store snapshots of videos. Depending on the snapshot and when you deleted the project, the restore function may or may not provide the results you're looking for.

Is there anything Bitable Support can do to help me restore a deleted project?

If you've tried to restore a video and you don't see what you're looking for, you can contact Biteable Support. We can try to restore the project for you, but there is no guarantee that the results will be different from what you have seen already.
