Log in to YouTube and select “Create”, then “Upload video”

Upload your video and add a title, description, and thumbnail

Add video captions and YouTube cards (optional)

Add your video visibility, and click “Save” to post your video

Instagram
Ideal video sizes: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 (Reels)

Log in to Instagram and select “Create”

Select your cover photo, or upload your own, then click “Next”

Add your video caption, tag any relevant pages, and click “Share”

When you share a link and then change the title after first sharing the link (to Linkedin, Slack, Facebook and other tools), those services will cache the thumbnail and title of the video. When you update the video in Biteable (the actual video or the title), the social properties will not go back and refresh their cached titles, even if you delete the link and repost it. So, how do you fix this?
Duplicate the video project (from your Home or Projects page)
Update the title first
Build the video (this is a new duplicated video so will require a build)
Then you will get a brand new, unique link, share it
