Canceling your subscription

While we'd hate to see you go, we understand that sometimes committing to an auto-renewal is not always in the cards. If you want to cancel your subscription, here's how:

Go to My Account in the lower left corner then click Plan and Billing option. From here, you can cancel your subscription.

Note: Cancelling your subscription using this button will cancel your auto-renewal and allow you to utilize Biteable through the end of your payment period.

For example, if you subscribed to Biteable Teams on January 1st and canceled your subscription on January 12th, you would still have the remainder of the month to utilize your subscription. On February 1st, you would not be charged and your subscription would end.
