What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?

Learn what happens to your access and video projects if you choose to cancel your Biteable subscription.

What happens to your videos if you have a paid subscription and cancel your plan?

If you cancel before your subscription ends:

** You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until** the end of your subscription period (month or year). Access to the paid features of your plan will end when the subscription terms ends, not when you cancel. Payment for a subscription pays for the full duration of the subscription term.

After your subscription ends:

  • Your projects will continue to be accessible. You can edit projects, but cannot publish any updates to them
  • You will not have the ability to download mp4 files for your projects
  • Any links you have shared to your published videos will continue to work

Accounts that are not active (in a paid plan or initial trial) for 12 months will be deleted and all assets/projects will be removed. For clarity, "active" does not mean logging in or editing a video, active is defined by having a paid or trial plan. We send email notifications in advance of account deletion, but cannot guarantee receipt of emails.
