What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?

Learn what happens to your access and video projects if you choose to cancel your Biteable subscription.

What happens to your videos if you have a paid subscription and cancel your plan?

If you cancel before your subscription ends:

You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the end of your subscription period (month or year). Access to the paid features of your plan will end when the subscription terms ends, not when you cancel. Payment for a subscription pays for the full duration of the subscription term.

After your subscription ends:

  • Your projects will continue to be accessible. You can edit projects, but cannot publish any updates to them
  • You will not have the ability to download mp4 files for your projects
  • Any links you have shared to your published videos will continue to work

Accounts that are not active (in a paid plan or initial trial) for 12 months will be deleted and all assets/projects will be removed. For clarity, "active" does not mean logging in or editing a video, active is defined by having a paid or trial plan. We send email notifications in advance of account deletion, but cannot guarantee receipt of emails.
