How do I trim or clip an uploaded asset?

In this video, we’ll show you how to trim or clip an uploaded asset.

• Go to your asset library and upload the media you want to trim or clip.
• Select one of your existing clips. You’ll see an option to clip the video.
• Open the clip option, and you can either specify the exact timestamps to clip to.
• Let’s say you have a two-minute video but only need the first 15 to 30 seconds. Once you save, it might take a few seconds (or up to a minute for longer videos) to process.
• Once saved, you’ll have the trimmed asset ready to use in your uploads.
• To add it to your project, go to the scene where you want to replace the current image or media, and select your new clipped video from your uploads.
• The shorter version will now be added to your project.
• If needed, you can still further trim the video to adjust it exactly how you want.

That’s how you can trim a video—whether you want to shorten it entirely or fine-tune it with the trim tool!
