How to edit collaboratively with your team
It has never been easier to create and collaborate with your team. Shared editing allows you and your team to access and edit all your shared videos.
Although you'll each access Biteable via your own account, every member will have collaborative access to your team's shared videos.
To edit collaboratively, you'll need to set up your team by adding all your team members. You can do this by clicking the "Invite people" button at the top right of your video's editing page — right next to the Publish button — and entering the email address/es of your team.
Selecting the "Share this video with your team" checkbox will also add the video you're working on to your shared team folder.
To share a video with an existing team, go to your projects page and click "Options" on the top left of the video. Then click "Enable shared editing" — this will allow other users to see it and take part in editing the video.
To turn off team editing, use the same "Options" menu to "Disable shared editing" to hide the video from others.
All videos with shared editing turn on will be moved to your team folder. Another way to easily share videos with your team is to drag and drop them from your personal folder into your team folder.
Once you go to the Projects page, you'll be directed to your personal folder/ library. Drag your video from your personal projects into the Teams folder under the Folders tab. Then you can place it in a folder or wherever makes the most sense.
All videos shared with your team will appear in your "Team" folders within your "Projects" tab. This is also where they'll show up for your team.
If you or a team member would like to edit a shared video, simply open the project as normal. Any changes you make to a shared video will be visible to everyone on your team.
