How do I change automatic renewal or cancel my account?

When you purchase a subscription to Biteable, all subscriptions are setup for either a monthly or yearly automatic renewal. This is explained in our terms of service when you initially subscribe and which are accepted at signup and available on our website.

In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your Biteable subscription, you need to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. You can cancel a subscription any time during the subscription period to avoid a renewal charge and you will continue to have access for the remainder of the subscription period.
