Accessing your Asset Library

Accessing your asset library is essential for managing your uploads, stock media, and other assets in Biteable. This article will show you how to find and use your asset library effectively.

Common Questions:
How do I share my uploads?
Can I share uploads with my team?
How do I add my own photos and videos?

View and manage uploaded media in one easy-to-find place — your Asset Library. Upload and organize videos, images, and logos and share them with your team via your Asset Library for seamless sorting and sharing.

Where to find your Asset Library

To access your Asset Library, log into your Biteable account and click select "Assets" from the side menu.

How to use your Asset Library

The Asset Library is a place for you to add and manage assets in both your personal library and your shared team library. Choose between "My assets" for personal uploads and "Team assets" for shared uploads, then select "Upload media" to add new assets.

Use the three dots in the upper right corner of each asset to preview, download, or delete files.
If you need to delete any uploads, or delete images you've uploaded, you can do so from here. Deleting from the Content Bar won't work!

My assets

Use "My Assets" to view and manage your personal uploads. No one else in your team can see assets uploaded here. Choose between your uploads (footage from outside Biteable you've uploaded), your Record Request responses (the video responses you invited others to record in Biteable), and your recordings (any self or screen recordings you captured with Biteable's Record tools).

Team assets

Use "Team assets" to view and manage your shared assets. Anyone in your team can see and use assets that you, or anyone else in your team, upload here.

Other places to find your assets

Your Asset Library is the easiest place to view and manage your uploaded media, but you can also access assets uploaded here via the content bar to the left of your editing canvas.
