The maximum project length/duration for videos depends on your plan.

Pro plan: 10 minutes max video export duration
Premium plan: 20 minutes max video export duration

If you have recently signed up for Biteable and are in a trial, your trial has Premium plan features, so you have a 20 minute max project length.
In a trial, you can publish a video and share with a link or embed, but you cannot download an mp4 without a paid plan.
