What happens after my trial ends?

Common Questions:

I can't publish
How do I switch to publish and share mode?

When you sign up for Biteable, you start a 7-day trial of our Premium plan. The goal of the trial is to allow you create videos and access the all content and editing functionality so that you can determine whether a paid Biteable plan is a fit for video project(s).

During the trial, you can create, edit, publish, and share videos using a hosted link (or embedded link). There are some important limitations during the trial:
A watermark is added to all published videos
Downloads of mp4 files are disabled
There are limits to the number of publishing team members you can add during the trial

After your trial is complete, you will need a paid plan to continue to use Biteable. You can always continue to edit videos, but Publishing is disabled so you cannot make updates to your videos.

If you have any questions about our plans, you can click upgrade in the product to see available offerings or visit our plans and pricing page. You can also reach out to our support team for assistance or if you have pricing related questions that we may be able to help with.
