Sound is fading in and out / turning off audio ducking
When adding a soundtrack to your Biteable video, you may encounter unwanted audio ducking. Here's how to fix it.
Common Questions:
Why is my music fading in and out?
Why does the sound fade?
How do I turn off music ducking?
Biteable automatically reduces the volume level of your background soundtrack during scenes with audio — like someone speaking to the camera. This is to ensure your message can be heard over your soundtrack.
If you prefer your background soundtrack to remain at the same volume level throughout your video, follow these steps:
Select the scene with the audio issues, ensuring you've selected the uploaded video footage layer.
Look to the right side of the browser window and find the volume controls
Unselect the ' Lower soundtrack volume' button

If you're still encountering problems, click the mute button to remove the audio ducking completely.
