Adding a second audio track

How do you add a second audio track?

The soundtrack layer (bottom music layer) only supports 1 music file and automatically resizes to the length of the video and also supports auto-ducking controls for voiceovers and uploaded videos. So it can only be used for one track today.

You can add any type of audio to the voiceover layer. Files can overlap.
