How to change or update your payment method
To update the details for the card used to pay for your subscription, follow these steps.
Step 1: Go to your Biteable dashboard by clicking the Home icon at top of the Biteable window and then click My Account located at the bottom of the Biteable window. This will display a sub-menu.
You can navigate to the Plan and billing section of your account from this link: Plan & billing
Step 2: Click “Plan and Billing"
Step 3: Look for a button labeled “Change payment method”
Step 4: Click the “Change payment method” button and following the instructions to update or change the card used for your subscription payment.
