Data Deletion Requests

In order to permanently delete your information, please follow the steps below:

1. Click My Account button on the lower left corner of your Biteable account.
2. The option to delete your account is under "Profile"
3. If you have team members in your account, you would need to remove them from your team to be able to delete your account.
4. Click the "I understand, delete my account" button.
5. You will receive an email with a link to delete your account.

Your information and account will be deleted permanently.
