Adjusting scene duration and the order of your scenes can be accomplished by clicking on your scenes in the timeline by clicking and dragging.

Scene duration (making scenes longer or shorter):

Click on the scene
Select the bar at the end of the scene
Drag the bar to lengthen or shorten the scene

Scene order (moving scenes forward or backward):

Click on the scene
Drag the scene forward or backward

Note: Longer scenes may be harder to move. Use the zoom feature on the bottom right of your screen to zoom out.
