Adding team members to your Biteable account

How do I add someone to my Biteable account?

To add another person as a team member to your Biteable plan or account, click the button that is labeled "Invite people". This button can be found in the top right corner of the web browser and looks like the image below.



After you click on the "Invite people" button, you will be able to enter the email address of the person you wish to invite to your Biteable team.

I tried adding a user using the Invite people button, but it didn't work

If you attempted to add team members using the instructions above and received a message that they are already on a team, we will need to help you. In these scenarios these users may have signed up for a trial and are the admin of a different team, or might be members on another team.

We can review their account and in most cases just add them to your team. Please contact Customer Support and have the email address for each person you would like to add to your team.
