Teamwork makes the dream work. Add extra publisher seats to your Biteable Pro or Premium accounts to collaborate with your team. Anyone with an extra publisher seat can create, edit, publish, and share Biteable videos.

Editor vs Publisher seats

Invite anyone to join your account as an editor for free. Editors can view and edit video projects.

Publishers can create, publish, and share video projects with full access to all Biteable features included in your plan. Pro accounts include one publisher seat. Premium accounts include 3 publisher seats.

To add extra publisher seats to your Pro or Premium account, follow the steps below.

How to add an extra seat to your account

Head to "My account"
Click on the "Users" tab
Hit "Add more Publishers" to purchase more seats



Select how many bonus seats you'd like to purchase, and click "Complete purchase"




Adding two or more extra seats to a Pro account unlocks access to Premium features

Use the "Invite people" button to invite your new publisher. Enter the email address/es of the user/s you'd like to add. They'll receive an email invite to join your account.




Easily update user roles and access in the "Users" tab as needed.
