Why can't I add Team Favorites to my videos?

If a user adds Team Favorites from a video, that video must also be shared to the Team to allow others to add the Team Favorites. If you "Enable Team Sharing" on the video project that includes Team Favorite scenes, all team member can access the scenes and add them.
