Refund Policy and Refund Requests

With Biteable, we offer a free 7-day trial and monthly and yearly pricing options. There is no purchase required to try or use the product.

Please review our Terms of Service, section 6 provides information on payments and refunds.

6. Payment and Refunds
6.1. Subscription Fees: Fees for paid subscriptions are charged in advance according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual).
6.2. Cancellation and Refunds: YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. 
HOWEVER, BITEABLE DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PRE-PAID FEES, INCLUDING FEES FOR NEW PURCHASES OR RENEWALS.
6.3. To avoid charges for a subsequent term, you must cancel before your renewal date.


We cannot issue you a refund if:



You have used Biteable but you're not satisfied. We offer a trial and a free to try edit-only version of the product. No purchase is required to use the majority of Biteable's product features to evaluate whether Biteable's paid plans meet your needs. For features that require payment, we have help articles and examples to show how those features work.

You've changed your mind after using Biteable. We're really sorry that you're not happy with Biteable, but since you've used our software to make videos (its intended purpose) we can't offer you a refund.

Renewals & Initial Purchases



Renewals. All Biteable subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically. You may cancel or change a subscription at any time during your subscription and you will maintain access to the subscription until the end of your subscription term, after which your subscription will not renew and you will not be billed. We do not provide refunds on renewals since subscriptions can be cancelled at any point during the subscription.

Initial Subscription Purchases: We offer options for monthly and yearly plans. We often display yearly pricing to show both the total cost per year and the effective cost per month. In the purchase process, we aim to provide clear pricing confirmations to minimize confusion. When purchasing a plan, the amount you will be charged is shown on the confirmation button you click (purchase flow examples). We do not provide refunds or plan changes for initial subscription purchases.

Incorrect card used. If you meant to use a different card, contact Customer Support and explain what happened and we will review your account.

We can't give you a refund if you're in a dispute with your bank. If you believe it's fraud or an unauthorized charge outside the examples outlined above, you'll have to go to your bank to settle it. For credit card disputes, Biteable submits information on our terms, policies, and activity in the bank dispute process.

Note: When purchases or renewals are processed, Biteable is charged a fee by credit card and payment providers. These fees typically represent 3-4% of the total charge. In any scenario where a plan change is permitted or credit is provided, we may reduce any credits by the fee amount charged to Biteable.
