Sharing assets with your team in Biteable is quick and easy. Follow these steps to move an asset from your personal uploads to a shared Team folder:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Go to “My Uploads”:

From your account dashboard, navigate to Assets and then find “My uploads” where all your uploaded assets are stored.

Locate the Asset:

Scroll through your uploaded files to find the asset you wish to share with your team.

Drag and Drop the Asset:

Click on the Option menu (three dots) located in the upper right corner of the asset’s thumbnail. Then, click and hold the asset, and drag it over to the desired folder under the “Team Assets” section. Drop it into the folder to share it with the rest of your team.

Verify the Share:

Once the asset is in the team folder, all members with access to that folder will be able to use and view the asset.


This action moves the asset from your “My Uploads” section and places it into the Team folder.** Once moved, you will only find the asset the shared team folder.
