Biteable does not currently support GIF uploads, but we do support video file uploads. We have a conversion utility where you can upload your GIF file and convert it to an mp4 which you can then upload to Biteable. You can find that tool here: Convert GIF to MP4

Note: mp4 files do not support transparent backgrounds. If your GIF requires a transparent background, please reach out to our support team and we can help determine whether your GIF can be supported.
