What will my price be when my Biteable account renews?

You can view your plan, pricing, and renewal date anytime in the Plan & billing section of your account.

What if the price I have today is lower than a new plan?

Pricing for Biteable plans may change from time to time. If you are on a legacy plan, your pricing may be different than plans that are currently available. If you cancel your plan, you may not be able to resubscribe for that plan again in the future. You can reach out to Biteable Customer Support for more information.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my old Biteable plan or price?

Contact Biteable Customer Support to see if there are any legacy pricing discounts available that you may qualify for.

What happens if Biteable makes changes to the renewal price?

If we make any changes to your subscription renewal price, we will communicate this change via email in advance of any charges.
