What other tools and services does Biteable use?

Beyond the core integrations baked into the product, Biteable uses a few additional tools behind the scenes. This page lists the ones you might come across in your inbox or on a receipt — handy if something looks unfamiliar and you want to confirm it's really from us.

Jupiter Invoice — billing and invoices

We use Jupiter Invoice to send some custom invoices for your Biteable subscription. Stripe is our primary payment provider, but some invoices require custom information that we use Jupiter Invoice to create and send.

If your email provider flags one of these as suspicious, it's safe to mark it as trusted. And if you ever get a "Biteable invoice" from a different domain, treat it as suspicious and don't click any links.

Still need help?

If you're not sure whether an email or charge is genuinely from us, feel free to reach out to support and we'll confirm.
