Cancel your subscription or trial
Cancel your Biteable subscription or trial anytime from Plan & billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancel your subscription
- Log in and go to Plan & billing (click your account icon in the lower-left corner, then Plan & billing).
- In the Cancel your subscription section, click the cancellation link.
- Tell us why you're cancelling (required), then click Cancel subscription to confirm.
Cancel your trial
Trials end automatically after 7 days and you will not be charged. No credit card is required to start a trial — you're only ever charged if you pick a plan, enter payment details, and confirm the purchase.
To end a trial early:
- Go to Plan & billing.
- Click Cancel your trial, then Cancel trial to confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. You keep full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period (month or year) — access ends when the paid term ends, not on the day you cancel.
- You will not be charged again.
- After the subscription ends, your projects remain accessible in edit-only mode: you can keep editing, but you can't publish updates or download MP4 files. Links to videos you already published keep working.
Renewal timing
- Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
- If a renewal has already been processed, cancelling on the same day does not reverse the charge — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the new term instead. See our refund policy.
Inactive accounts
Accounts without a paid or trial plan for 12 months are deleted, including all projects and assets ("active" means having a paid or trial plan, not just logging in). We send email notifications before deletion, but can't guarantee they're received.
