Biteable refund policy
Biteable does not offer refunds. All subscription payments — new purchases and renewals, monthly and yearly — are non-refundable, and all purchases are final. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you keep access through the end of the term you've paid for.
The policy
Fees for paid subscriptions are charged in advance and are non-refundable — see section 6 of our Terms of Service: "YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. HOWEVER, BITEABLE DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PRE-PAID FEES, INCLUDING FEES FOR NEW PURCHASES OR RENEWALS."
No purchase is required to evaluate Biteable: we offer a free 7-day trial and a free edit-only version of the product, so you can decide whether a paid plan meets your needs before purchasing.
Refunds are not provided for any reason, including:
- Dissatisfaction. Use the free trial and edit-only version to evaluate Biteable before purchasing.
- Changing your mind. All purchases are final.
- Unused time or an unused subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current term.
- A renewal that processed before you cancelled. Cancel any time during the term to prevent the next charge.
Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, as accepted at signup and shown at checkout. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the term you've paid for and are not billed again.
Initial purchases
The exact amount you'll be charged is always shown on the confirmation button you click at purchase. Initial purchases are final: no refunds and no plan changes.
Discount offers at cancellation
If you're offered a discount (for example, a renewal code) during the cancellation flow, it applies to future renewals only. Discount codes are never retroactive and are not refunds.
Payment issues and bank disputes
- Wrong card charged? Contact Customer Support (open the help menu in the app and choose Chat with support) to update the payment method used for future renewals. This does not change the no-refund policy.
- Bank disputes: refunds are not provided through chargebacks or bank disputes. If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, work with your bank directly — Biteable submits its terms, policies, and account activity to the bank's dispute process.
