Biteable trial FAQs
Welcome to your 7-day Biteable trial — here's everything you need to know, in one place.
The basics
- The trial is 7 days and starts automatically when you sign up. No credit card is required.
- You will NOT be charged when it ends. Trials auto-expire; you're only ever charged if you pick a plan, enter payment details, and confirm the purchase. There's nothing to cancel — see Cancel your subscription or trial if you want to end it early.
- Trials include Premium features, so you can evaluate everything before deciding.
Trial limitations
- Published videos carry a Biteable watermark. All paid plans remove it — rebuild the video after upgrading and the watermark disappears.
- MP4 downloads are disabled. You can still publish and share your video with the Copy link watch page or Embed code — and the video on your share link is the exact same render you'd get as a download, so it's a true preview of the quality. See Download and export your video.
- There are limits on how many publishing team members you can add during a trial.
When your trial ends
- Your account switches to Edit-only mode: you keep access to Biteable's tools and all the videos you made, and you can keep editing — but publishing, sharing new updates, and downloads require a paid plan.
- Videos you already published stay live. Share links keep working after your trial ends. We host videos from non-paying accounts for up to three months, after which we reserve the right to remove them — upgrade to a paid plan to keep videos live indefinitely.

Payment questions
- Upgrading mid-trial: click the upgrade button in the top right of your account at any time.
- Existing subscribers who trial Premium aren't charged at the end — you choose whether to stay on your current plan or upgrade, and if you upgrade mid-subscription we automatically pro-rate your unused time.
- Pay by check or ACH: contact support and we'll get that sorted.
Feature questions
- Custom fonts are available to paid Premium customers — once subscribed, submit yours with the custom font upload form.
- Multiple brands: yes — visit the Brands section from your Home area. Available with Premium features (paid Premium, trial, and Edit-only mode accounts).
