Biteable subscriptions auto-renew in default, unless you cancel it on the Account Details settings > Subscriptions page. Be sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, or it will cancel the billing of the next month instead of the current month.

If you’ve found that your subscription have been accidentally renewed, or you don’t require a Biteable subscription in the upcoming billing period, contact customer service, we’ll sort you right out with a refund.
