You might need an invoice/receipt for accounting purposes. We send invoices after charging your card, but this might be rerouted to your Spam folder.
If you can’t find it, you can create your invoice from your account menu. It's under Account Details, just click the menu in the top right, Account Details and then Tax Invoice. Please note that if you only have access to this area while you’re subscribed.
