FAQs

  • Can I save multiple brands at once?

Not at the moment. If you'd like to create videos with a different brand, return to brand setup and fetch your new brand. This will replace your original branding and you will lose any customizations or saved color combos. You can re-fetch your brand and start the branding process again at any time.

  • Can I add my company’s custom font?

Custom fonts are only available for paid Biteable Teams customers. We cannot add custom fonts to your account during a Teams trial. If you’re on a Biteable Teams plan, reach out to your customer success manager success@biteable.com with your custom font files and we’ll add them to your account.
