Sometimes you sign up and things are perfect...and then you need to change it. Upgrading or downgrading is pretty easy (thank goodness!)
To upgrade or downgrade your account:
Sign in to Biteable
Navigate to the top left corner menu and click "Account Settings"
You'll then have your current subscription settings to the center-left and underneath that you'll see options:
First, choose if you'd like to pay on a yearly or monthly basis. Then, whatever options are available to you, will have the green "Get plan" button beneath it.
Once you click on that it's just a simple approval and you'll either be charged the difference or it'll be added to your account as a credit (depending on the upgrade or downgrade.)
If you downgrade and need a refund of the difference please contact our support team and we'll help you sort it out.
