Is my Biteable video copyright free?
Before sharing your Biteable video, it's important to understand your commercial usage rights. This differs depending on your plan type. Scroll to your plan type below to find out where and how you can share your Biteable videos.
To ensure you have everything you need to create stunning, powerful videos, Biteable offers a Stock library of assets through integration with Storyblocks, Shutterstock, and Unsplash. These include assets such as images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, music, and more. In some instances, these stock assets are subject to restrictions.
Short answer: On our paid plans, you are welcome to share your Biteable video, and all stock images, footage, animations, and music within it, for personal and commercial purposes.
Long answer: If you purchase a Biteable plan, you are granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable right and license to publicly display stock materials for commercial purposes, including advertising, promotional projects, and online publications, and to authorize others to display the stock materials.
Please note: If you use stock materials for broadcasting purposes, you are subject to the following restrictions:
Music files provided by Biteable may not be transferred, copied, or duplicated in projects created outside of Biteable.
Audio files may not be resold, licensed, leased or in any way distributed to any third party.
Release or distribution of Biteable's music tracks, such as making them available for download via the internet, is not permitted.
The use of stock materials in any items for resale, license, or other distribution for-profit is not permitted.
Including stock materials in templates of any nature, including for websites, documents, projects, or otherwise for distribution or sale to third parties is not permitted.
Use of the stock materials in design template applications intended for resale, whether online or offline, including website templates, Flash templates, and electronic greeting card templates, is not permitted.
Use of the stock materials to create a derivative work based on or incorporating the stock materials is not permitted.
You shall not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that appear in the stock materials.
