Clearing Your Cache

Often times when something strange is occurring with any internet products or websites, a quick fix is to clear your cache or cookies to give it a nice refresh. However, the way we know how to do this will almost always log you out of every site and lose history on important webpages.

Whenever you need to clear your cache with Biteable, do the following:

In Chrome, open your Developer Console by clicking the Chrome Menu > More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use a keyboard shortcut.

While this is open, right click the refresh icon on the top left of your Chrome browser and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload



These two clicks will allow you to clear what might be causing issues in your Biteable performance without messing with your entire browser and all of your tabs.
