Biteable's Record tools allow you to** blur** or replace your background with a custom uploaded image. Blur and replace works everywhere you record footage within Biteable — when recording yourself, and when responding to Record Requests.

Using replace and blur background

Select the "Start a recording" button on your dashboard to open the record tools.


Use the buttons on the top right of the screen to select your camera and microphone. Click the image button to replace or blur your background. Blur will automatically apply. Replace will prompt you to select an image for your background.


If you replace a background, the image will appear flipped while you record. When you save it will appear normal.
